WWE Books Women’s Tag Title Match & More For NXT Next Week

Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark had the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship match won last week, but controversy led to the duo losing the match after it was restarted. Next week, they get another shot at Katana Chance and Kayden Carter.

WWE announced that Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark will challenge for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship next week. Lyons and Stark had a bitter exchange with the reigning tag team champions following Stark’s loss to Indi Hartwell during the show tonight.

Plus, Joe Gacey will have “one last match” with Cameron Grimes next week on NXT. Gacey talked about the match during The Schism’s sit-down interview with Vic Joseph during NXT tonight. During the interview, Ava Raine dragged Grimes for paying Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows to team up with him.

Brutus Creed will get five minutes with Damon Kemp as well. Brutus had issued the challenge to Kemp last week on NXT before the duo was jumped by Veer Mahaan and Sanga. Check out the card announced (so far) for NXT next week below.
