Edge is presently absent from WWE TV after losing to Finn Balor in their “I Quit” Match at Extreme Rules 2022. After this year’s Hell in a Cell premium live event, Edge made an attempt to bring Finn Balor on board as The Judgment Day’s newest member. That didn’t stop Rhea Ripley from insulting The Rated-R Superstar on his birthday, though.

Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest betrayed Edge, the man who had brought them into the faction, so the Rated R Superstar’s plan backfired. Ripley sent wishes to the WWE veteran by posting a vintage image of The Judgment Day on her own Instagram account.

Balor joined the group to take the place of the Rated-R Superstar. Dominik Mysterio also became the villain during Clash at the Castle by betraying his father, Rey Mysterio, who had partnered up with the 49-year-old.

The fight between Edge and Finn Balor at Extreme Rules included multiple fake finishes and much violence. Bill Apter, Hall of Fame journalist and veteran wrestler, noted the same thing. Rhea Ripley finally assaulted Beth Phoenix with a steel chair to end the “I Quit” Match at Extreme Rules. Only time will tell where this whole situation leads, but we’re here for it.
