Doubt Over Stephanie McMahon Leaking Vince McMahon’s Hush Money Scandal

Vince McMahon made several headlines back in June after it was revealed that he secretly paid $3 million as hush money deal to a departing WWE employee. McMahon was under investigation right after this, and he had to retire.

It was later revealed that McMahon also paid $12 million in hush money to quite a few women over the last twenty years. In the end, this proved to be the nail in the coffin for McMahon, as his career in WWE was officially over.

In fact, an additional $5 million dollars of unrecorded expenses were linked to Vince McMahon. While speaking on SmackTalk, Dutch Mantell addressed a theory about Stephanie McMahon being the one to leak the allegations about Vince McMahon. He made it clear he doubts she leaked it.

I don’t think she [Stephanie McMahon] leaked it out, but I don’t think she had to either. Then again, and I hate to say this, but what if Vince [McMahon] eased her into his spot anyway? He helped her get there.”
