Kurt Angle can widely be regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. Angle’s in-ring skills were top notch and he possessed a great personality. Although he may not have been the top guy for a long time like his peers – The Rock and Steve Austin – he was still admired by many fans around the world.

Sadly Kurt Angle retired after wrestling his last match against Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 39. However, given the nature of the business, we can’t rule out a complete return to the ring.

Recently, on the latest episode of The Kurt Angle Show, the former WWE Superstar revealed that he wanted to be paid $300,000 per match to join AEW back when the company was trying to get off the ground.

“Well, to even consider coming back, it’s going to have to be a substantial amount of money,” said Kurt when asked if he would ever wrestle again. “I do remember, Tony Khan wanted me to come in and wrestle for him. This was like 4 years ago, and I said, ‘For 10 matches, I want $3 million.”

Kurt Angle recently underwent double knee replacement surgery in May. However, he recently stated that he would be open to wrestling John Cena again since he knows John Cena can carry him through the match.

It will be interesting to see if Kurt Angle steps back into the ring again. Do you want to see Kurt Angle wrestle again? Sound off in the comments section.
