Cody Rhodes became one of the highlights of Monday Night RAW after returning to WWE at WrestleMania 38. He went on to have solid matches with Seth Rollins and elevated himself to the upper mid-card. Sadly, an injury put him out of action during that amazing return run.

The American Nightmare was on a roll since his return but has not been seen since Hell In A Cell due to a torn pectoral muscle. He underwent surgery for the same and will be out of action for a long time.

While speaking on the UnSKripted show, former WWE Superstar Bryan Clark stated that he believes Cody Rhodes will become a champion in WWE.

“He hasn’t returned from the injury, has he? That was a pretty tough injury, especially when I watched him work through it with his entire pec, left side of his body blood-filled from the inside. Yeah, I see him being champion. The pop he got at WrestleMania, I was there.

Rhodes is also healing faster than expected. Cody Rhodes hinted at making his return during the Royal Rumble match next year. We’ll have to see if he will become a champion or not.
