A resurfaced interview from Tony Khan on the SwerveCity Podcast did not age well. During the interview, TK explained that AEW doesn’t conduct traditional training, because they have a different approach.

“We’re not about centralized training all week long,” Tony Khan said. This clip was pulled and spliced together with several botches in an AEW ring that resulted in injury.

“Bruh they actually terrible at keeping their wrestlers safe lol,” one fan commented. Others simply sent out replies to say that “AEW sucks” or that this entire situation is “worrying.”

Obviously, the pro wrestling ring is never 100% safe, because injuries can happen when we least expect it. That being said, AEW has a long way to o when it comes to making sure that those accidents don’t happen.
