Ronda Rousey is most definitely one of the most well-known names to make her way from the world of combat sports to professional wrestling. She continues to improve and is now more comfortable in her current role as well.

Since losing the Smackdown Women’s Championship to Liv Morgan, Ronda Rousey was engaged in a bitter feud with Morgan. Fans also became tired of Liv Morgan by that time.

At WWE Extreme Rules, Ronda Rousey challenged Liv Morgan for the SmackDown Women’s Championship in an Extreme Rules match. When all was said and done, Rousey defeated Morgan to become the new champion.

While speaking on her “Ronda on the Road” series on YouTube, Rousey made her feelings clear about calling titles for females the ‘Women’s’ championship.’

“I don’t want to say ‘women’ in title anymore. And I think they are kind of resistant to taking it out. So then I was like, ‘Can I just not have to say it?’ So then that’s kind of where it’s at.”

She already has a few opponents in mind. We will have to wait and see just how Ronda Rousey is booked as the Smackdown Women’s Champion. Perhaps she will have a proper reign this time around.
