WWE Extreme Rules Was A ‘Legitimate Sellout’

WWE Extreme Rules event took place last Saturday at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Triple H presented his first Extreme Rules event and the results were outstanding. The event was a major success in terms of attendance and gate.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the event truly sold out. 13,000 of the 14,500 fans there had paid admission. As a result, the event’s gate increased to nearly $1 million.
