Rollins is a multi-time World Champion and has won numerous titles during his time in not only WWE but also in Ring Of Honor. However, he had not been a champion in WWE for three years.

That would change on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, as Brock Lesnar shockingly returned and laid out Bobby Lashley before his United States Title match against Seth Rollins.

Seth Rollins would go on to defeat Lashley, who was more or less dead and became the new champion. While speaking during RAW Talk, Seth Rollins gloated about his huge win. In the end, he will celebrate in New York City with pizza, beer, and singing.

“What I need everyone in the world to understand is that was a strategic move. While everyone else is out there playing checkers, I’m playing chess. I didn’t need to be in the hospital for two days. I knew I had the US Title match coming up on Monday and I needed to be healthy. I needed to beat Bobby Lashley and that is exactly what I did. And that is exactly why they call me a visionary.

As for how I am going to celebrate, well you know we are in Brooklyn. The site of my very first match, actually here in WWE nearly ten years ago. The Shield, Team Hell No… it’s a classic, look it up on the Peacock. But I’m going to celebrate the same way I celebrated that night. Pizza, and beer, and singalongs all night long.”

We will have to wait and see how Seth Rollins will be booked in the coming weeks as the United States Champion. Fans are certainly excited about his current run.
