Ric Flair Punched Mick Foley Backstage After Refusing Handshake

WWE Hall Of Famer Mick Foley is considered a legend in the pro wrestling industry. Mick Foley worked in other companies and also worked with numerous top stars in the industry.

Both Ric Flair and Mick Foley have so many stories to share and many of them are simply bizarre, to say the least. The Nature Boy had punched Foley in the face after Foley had disrespected him backstage in WWE.

While speaking  on Rene Dupree’s Cafe de Rene podcast, Angelina Love talked about Ric Flair punching Ric Flair backstage.

“Me and Shane Helms and Flair were all sitting together at the table beside each other,” Love said. “Foley comes in with Flair’s book and I guess they had major [heat], hated each other. He [Foley] had his book, and he was just like, ‘Hey, I just bought your book. I’m a big fan of yours. Can you autograph it for me?’ and Flair just stood up and it was just like [screams] right across the table.”

Mick Foley also had shockingly low payment in his first WWE contract. Foley and Flair have a much better relationship right now, so that is certainly what matters now.
