WWE may have been forced to close the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, due to the hurricane. That doesn’t mean the company hasn’t made special preparations for tonight’s edition of SmackDown.

Sean Sapp reported from behind Fightful’s paywall that WWE arranged special flight arrangements for performers residing near Hurricane Ian’s point of impact so that they could travel to Canada for SmackDown tonight.

Some early notes on WWE Smackdown for tonight.

For the third straight week, Shotzi’s tank is being delivered to the site of Smackdown. This was done to coincide with her babyface turn.

There are multiple Raw stars who are slated to be on Smackdown tonight.

WWE has straps, ladders, tables and kendo sticks slated for use tonight to hype up the SmackDown Women’s Championship match at Extreme Rules.

Austin Theory is scheduled to be in town for tonight’s show.

Hit Row vs. Los Lotharios is set for tonight. Shotzi vs. Bayley and Ricochet & Madcap Moss & Ricochet vs. Sami Zayn & Solo Sikoa.

WWE arranged special travel for some who were near the hurricane in order to make their flights.
