CM Punk put Tony Khan in a tough situation during the post-All Out press conference with his rant against The Elite and Hangman Adam Page and Colt Cabana. Punk an Ace Steel got into a fight with The Elite after the pay-per-view and were stripped of their titles.

Former WCW star Konnan provided his take on the whole situation that transpired after All Out during a new interview with Wrestling Inc. Konnan noted CM Punk put Tony Khan in a tough spot because of his antics.

“What I don’t think was cool, bro, [was] he just totally embarrassed f***ing Tony, which is not cool. Because Tony’s a cool dude, dude. I don’t think he deserved that. When he told them, you don’t need to clarify anything mean he just punked him. If it would’ve been me, it would’ve been a whole different story. I would’ve cut his mic off and that would’ve been the end of it. Tony just kind of, what could he do, bro? I felt so bad for him because I like Tony.”

Former WWE star Dutch Mantell said Punk was involved in the brawl because he wanted to be fired by AEW. He also believed that Punk wouldn’t hesitate to sue AEW. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next in store for CM Punk.
