Braun Strowman Cried After Making His WWE Return

Braun Strowman’s release from WWE earlier last year puzzled many, as he was seen as a proper star back then. He went on to compete in Contro Your Narrative, but not much after that.

The Monster Among Men finally made his return during a previous week’s episode of Monday Night RAW during the fatal four-way tag team match between The New Day, Street Profits, Alpha Academy, and Los Lotharios, and obliterated them all.

He also decimated Alpha Academy on Smackdown the same week. While speaking on After the Bell, Braun recalled his return after a year away from WWE and admitted that he cried.

“I cried when I came back through the curtain. Once I got away from everybody, I finally was able to absorb it and let it in.”

Strowman also didn’t consider working for other pro wrestling companies after getting released by WWE.
