Jeff Hardy made headlines after he was arrested for driving under the influence after leaving local Dave & Busters. His pre-trial date was recently pushed back once again. Jeff Hardy has now waived rights to a speedy trial.

Steve Carrier of Ringside News recently took to Twitter to address Jeff Hardy’s pre-trial date. Jeff has waived rights to speedy trial after his legal situation is getting dragged into court. The video evidence provided by TMZ will also likely be used to testify against Hardy at trial.

It’s also worth noting that #JeffHardy has waived his rights to speedy trial. Arresting officers and the video evidence that TMZ posted will also be used to testify against #JeffHardy at trial.

Tony Khan previously stated that Jeff wouldn’t join AEW again until everything was finished. The return of The Charismatic Enigma on AEW television will no doubt please fans.
