WWE capped off the one-year anniversary episode of NXT 2.0 by introducing the fans in attendance and those watching at home to new logo. Tonight’s episode of NXT 2.0 featured title change as well. WWE also booked several matches and segments for NXT 2.0 next week.

It was announced that Tyler Bate and J.D, McDonagh will square off to earn a shot at the NXT Champion Bron Breakker. McDonagh had attacked Tyler Bate after he lost the unification match to Breakker at NXT: Worlds Collide on September 4, 2022.

The September 20, 2022 episode of NXT 2.0 will also mark the in-ring debut of Oro Mensah. WWE aired a video package for Mensah during NXT 2.0 tonight. The company has previously filed to trademark the name for entertainment services.

As previously noted, WWE will tape next week’s episode of NXT at the Performance Center tonight, and will resume live programing on September 27, 2022. Check out the card below.
