Paige had no choice but to hang up her pro wrestling boots far too early in 2017. She then became the General Manager of Friday Night Smackdown, among other things, after that. She is no longer in WWE and has a lot to look forward to.

The first-ever NXT Women’s Champion parted ways with the company back in July after WWE decided not to renew her contract. Fans simply couldn’t believe this, but it simply opened up a world of opportunities for Paige.

A fan took to Twitter and accused Paige of stealing her own real name, which is Saraya. Paige replied to the fan and shut the fan down. “I’m sure someone else had it, and you paid to get it. Stop the cap and be more original,” the fan said in a now-deleted tweet. Saraya wasted zero time to put this fan in their place.

I didn’t pay for it. I got it for free since ya know. It’s my birth name. Weird thing to start arguing with me about though

Paige is also set to make return to the ring soon as a referee. It’s not wrestling, but it’s close enough for her to get in the ring again. Paige also has no intentions of going to AEW anytime soon.
