Jake Hager was Jack Swagger in WWE, but he has been booked strong in AEW since his arrival. Now the undefeated Bellator fighter is sticking around for even longer.

The Inner Circle was one of the most dominant factions in the entire pro wrestling world. Jake Hager’s inclusion into the faction certainly helped them become dominant as he is a legitimate MMA fighter, having competed in Bellator.

While speaking to Alex McCarthy of Inside The Ropes, Chris Jericho revealed that Jake Hager has signed a contract extension with the company.

“Jake Hager too, they all got contract extensions.”

Chris Jericho is set to face off against Bryan Danielson on AEW Dynamite next week in the semi-finals of the AEW World Title tournament. We’ll have to see if he wins or not.
