Former WWE Superstar Big Cass, who now goes by the name W. Morrissey, truly underwent a huge change over the years. After battling depression and addiction issues, he truly changed his life around. Now, it appears that more opportunities are ahead of him.

The former WWE Superstar made his AEW debut back in May of this year, where he was defeated by Wardlow. Morrissey would then make his return to AEW television on this week’s Dynamite, where he aligned himself with Stokely Hathaway.

According to Sean Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, W. Morrissey is expected to make his return on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. Impact Wrestling was also not sure whether he would end up in AEW or WWE after his departure.

We’re told Morrissey is tentatively slated to appear on next week’s Dynamite as well. IMPACT was told when his agreement was up he’d be moving on, but even they didn’t seem to know if he’d land in AEW or WWE.

We will have to wait and see whether W. Morrissey will end up getting signed by AEW to become a permanent member of the roster. Fans would certainly be glad to see him in the company permanently as well. Then again, AEW already has an absolutely loaded locker room.
