Tonight’s SmackDown will feature a “second chance” Fatal 4-way tag team match with Doudrop & Nikki A.S.H. vs Natalya & Sonya Deville vs Dana Brooke & Tamina vs Shotzi & Xia Li.

Also scheduled for tonight is Ricochet vs Happy Corbin and Drew McIntyre vs Sami Zayn.

SmackDown kicks off live from glorious Detroit, Michigan with Ricochet making his way out to the ring for our opening match.

Ricochet vs Happy Corbin

Our opening match begins with Ricochet hitting a quick huricanrana to send Corbin out of the ring. Corbin runs back in the ring and is hit with a drop kick by Ricochet. Ricochet goes for a springboard dive but Corbin counters with an uppercut. Corbin hits a chop to Ricochet in the corner. Ricochet avoids a lariat and hits a back elbow to knock Corbin out of the ring. Ricochet hits a corkscrew dive from off the second rope to Corbin on the outside.

The match continues live with Ricochet hitting a baseball slide drop kick to Corbin outside. Corbin catches a kick from Ricochet and grabs Ricochet to slam him off the announce table. Corbin then throws Ricochet into the barricade. Back in the ring Corbin hits a right hand in the corner and then slams Ricochet face-first to the turnbuckle, Corbin then covers for a two count. Ricochet goes for another back elbow but Corbin counters with a forearm strike to the back of the head. Corbin goes for a side slam but Ricochet counters into a tornado DDT. Ricochet hits an enziguri and then Corbin catches Ricochet and hits the deep six and covers for two. Ricochet goes up top, Corbin rolls away from the splash and Corbin hits a power slam. Ricochet hits a running knee and then a super kick. Ricochet goes back up top and hits the shooting star press and Ricochet covers for three.

Winner: Ricochet

SmackDown returns live when the screen turns black and white with the eerie music of Karrion Kross playing. The camera cuts to Kross and Scarlet standing at the top of the stands. Kross tells Drew McIntyre to savor this moment because Kross can make everything McIntyre has achieved mean nothing.

Shotzi & Xia Li vs Natalya & Sonya Deville vs Tamina & Dana Brooke vs Doudrop & Nikki A.S.H.

The last chance fatal 4-way tag team match begins with Deville and Tamina in the ring. Tamina hits Natalya on the apron with a super kick. Nikki tags Deville as Li is tagged in and Nikki hits a cross body. Li slams Nikki off the top rope and tags Shotzi in who covers Nikki but Tamina breaks the cover at two. Brooke tags in who is hit with a neck breaker by Nikki. Chaos breaks out with a brawl between all wrestlers breaks out, Brooke goes up top, Deville makes a blind tag as Brooke hits Nikki with a superplex to a hit various wrestlers outside. Deville throws Nikki back in the ring and covers for three.

Winners: Sonya Deville & Natalya

Back live with The Brawling Brutes in the ring. Sheamus says he will be celebrating his Intercontinental Championship victory and becoming a grand slam champion. Sheamus is then interrupted by Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser who make their way down to the ring. Ludwig begins his introduction when Sheamus cuts him off and says that his beef is with Gunther. Sheamus calls himself a real ring general, he has beat the best of the best in this ring; Drew McIntyre, John Cena, Randy Orton, Roman Reigns and even Triple H. Sheamus says he sees a lot of himself in Gunther, and Gunther has something he wants, the Intercontinental Championship, and at Clash at the Castle, he will drag the title off his dead body and “into the body of the red dragon”.

Gunther says Sheamus is a man to be respected, but he is nothing like him, and to protect his title, he will teach Sheamus what violence really means, he will retain his title, and chop Sheamus’ chest into bloody bits and break his body and his spirit. Butch attacks Ludwig. Ludwig, Butch and Holland all brawl while Gunther and Sheamus stare each other down, motionless and seemingly oblivious to their allies fighting with each other. Sheamus and Gunther hold their respective allies back and Gunther leaves the ring without ever once breaking the stare down with Sheamus.

Sonya Deville & Natalya vs Raquel Rodriguez & Aliyah

The match begins with Natalya having Aliyah in a head lock. Aliyah breaks free and gets a roll up for two. Aliyah tags Rodriguez in who hits a shoulder tackle. Aliyah hits a meteora to Deville outside the ring and Natalya hits Aliyah with a Michinoku driver.

*Commercial break*

Back live with Rodriguez hitting a double suplex to Natalya and Deville. Rodriguez hits Deville with a fall away slam. Rodriguez goes up top but Natalya causes a distraction allowing Deville to trip her up to fall down to the mat. Deville hits a kick to the chest and covers for two. Rodriguez catches Natalya in mid air and slams her and then slams Deville on her. Rodriguez goes to make a tag but Aliyah is still down after the Michinoku driver outside. Rodriguez hits the corkscrew elbow and covers but Deville kicks out at two. Natalya goes for the sharpshooter but Rodriguez breaks free and kicks Natalya outside the ring. Deville hits a running knee and covers for two. Rodriguez hits the power bomb and covers for the three count.

Winners: Raquel Rodriguez & Aliyah

SmackDown returns with The New Day in the ring. Woods takes a serious tone and addresses how they have made fun of the Viking Raiders, but they seriously underestimated them. Kingston takes the same tone and agrees. Woods says that they saw the Viking funeral last week. The New Day is interrupted by Erik and Ivar coming out. Erik says they gave them a chance last week to go out with honor, and it makes them sick to see The New Day in the ring weeping like a wounded animal. Erik and Ivar get in the ring. With their backs turned to him, Woods pulls a Kevin Nash and gets up from his wheel chair, revealing two kendo sticks and Woods and Kingston beat down The Viking Raiders with kendo sticks causing Erik and Ivar to flee to the back.

Drew McIntyre vs Sami Zayn

Our main event begins live with Zayn rolling outside the ring immediately. Zayn rolls in as McIntyre rolls out and Zayn hits a few kicks before McIntyre knocks Zayn to the mat with one right hand. Zayn again rolls outside the ring and McIntyre follows. McIntyre slams Zayn’s head off the announce table and throws Zayn back in the ring. McIntyre slams Zayn to the corner and then hits with a back breaker. Zayn hits a sunset flip powerbomb from off the top rope.

*Commercial break*

The match continues live with Zayn hitting a big boot in the corner. Zayn hits a tornado DDT and Zayn covers for two. McIntyre hits the Glasgow kiss and follows with a lariat. McIntyre hits a belly to belly throw and then a neck breaker. McIntyre goes to the corner signaling for the Claymore when The Usos run out to cause a distraction allowing Zayn to hit the blue thunder bomb and cover for two. McIntyre is able to hit the claymore and cover for the three count.

Winner: Drew McIntyre

after the bell Roman Reigns runs in to attack McIntyre. McIntyre reverses to send Reigns to the ring post and then The Usos run in to attack McIntyre. Reigns gets back in the ring and hits McIntyre with a spear. The Usos bring steel chairs in the ring and repeatedly hit McIntyre with the chairs. The Usos drag McIntyre outside and throw him over the announce table and then into the barricade. The Usos grab the steel stairs and hit McIntyre with them. Reigns locks McIntyre in the guillotine and then slams him to the mat. SmackDown goes off the air with Reigns sitting in a chair over McIntyre’s body with Reigns having both title belts on his shoulders.
