AEW star Miro did his best to face off against PAC, Malakai Black and Clark Connors to win the fatal-four way. However, PAC ended up winning the match and made history as the first-ever AEW All-Atlantic Championship holder.

PAC won the match using the Brutalizer on Connors, to which he tapped out. Miro didn’t like facing defeat, and the former TNT Champion revealed the match from the Forbidden Door pay-per-view that was beneath him.

Miro spoke to WhatCulture Wrestling and explained that Jon Moxley vs Hiroshi Tanahashi was a match he thought was beneath him. He said that if he cared about something of that sort, he would have “won it all.” He also wants a piece of CM Punk.

[Jon Moxley vs Hiroshi Tanahashi] is beneath me, man, that’s a secondary title. That’s not what I care about. If I would’ve cared, I would’ve put myself in that battle royal, I would’ve won it all, and I would’ve gone for the Interim Championship. But until the real champion is back, that [CM] Punk guy that broke his foot or whatever he did — something broke in his body — until he comes back, I beat him for the title, then it wouldn’t matter. I wasn’t interested in charity titles.

CM Punk’s reign started off when he successfully defeated ‘Hangman’ Adam Page and won the AEW World Championship at Double Or Nothing. He teamed up with FTR on the Wednesday after the event on Dynamite.

They defeated Max Caster, Austin and Colten Gunn of the Gunn Club. While Tanahashi answered his call for a match at Forbidden Door, Punk revealed on AEW Rampage that he would need to undergo surgery to recover from an injury.
