Shotzi Blackheart had a memorable run in NXT, facing off against top talents during her time there. Her character work and in-ring skills made her an instant hit with fans as well. She also opened up about the inspiration behind her character recently.

Shotzi turned heel a few months ago on Friday Night Smackdown, and she then feuded with Sasha Banks. She underwent major character change as well. She has largely been a heel throughout her main roster run so far.

While speaking to Ryan Satin on the Out of Character podcast, Shotzi Blackheart revealed that she has drawn inspiration from many people she met in her life for her character in WWE.

“I’m definitely a little bit of [bitch] and very manipulative. I’m channeling a lot of people that I interacted with that I did not like and kind of picking from them.”

Shotzi Blackheart also didn’t have a say in her losing her tank on the main roster. Shotzi has to defeat Aliyah on Smackdown this week to get a chance at competing in the Women’s Money In The Bank ladder match. We’ll have to see if it will happen or not.
