Tony D’Angelo’s Status After Recent Injury Scare

Tony D’Angelo became one of the highlights of NXT television thanks to his solid character work. His group took control of Legado Del Fantasma recently but that doesn’t matter anymore. D’Angelo’s status after his most recent injury scare was also revealed.

During a recent show in Largo, Tony D’Angelo had an injury scare as he seemingly suffered a shoulder injury during his match against Cameron Grimes. Fans feared the worst for him after that.

According to Dave Meltzer in F4Wonline’s Daily Update, Tony D’Angelo might not be out for long. It was said that the injury to Tony was neither serious nor part of a storyline. Meltzer further said that some within WWE were downplaying any possible issues with him.

It is good to know the Don of NXT didn’t suffer any serious injury and will be back soon. However, he will have to come back without one of his crew members as ‘Two Dimes’ was released recently.
