Shelton Benjamin Makes In-Ring Return After Injury During WWE Main Event Tapings

Shelton Benjamin is a true veteran in the world of professional wrestling. He had a couple of stints in WWE, where he saw success as a singles and tag team star. Benjamin also made his in-ring return after injury, but it wasn’t on RAW.

As previously reported, the former Hurt Business member was out of action due to injury about month ago. Benjamin had not specified just how long he was going to be on the shelf either.

On Monday’s WWE Main Event taping, which are taped prior to RAW, Shelton Benjamin made his return to in-ring competition. He squared off against Akira Tozawa. Benjamin last wrestled during the April 25th WWE Main Event taping.

Spoiler: Shelton Benjamin would end up defeating Akira Tozawa as well. We will have to wait and see whether WWE will have anything planned for Benjamin now that he is back.
