Shawn Michaels is certainly one of the best in-ring performers to have ever graced a WWE ring. He was touted as Mr. WrestleMania and he truly lived up to the moniker. He also appeared during NXT’s return to live touring.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NXT live events were halted entirely and they were not able to move up and down Florida like they once used to. That all changed this past Friday night as NXT 2.0 returned to live touring.

WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels appeared before the Tampa audience to welcome them to the show. “Surprise, surprise,” Shawn says as he made sure fans were excited for the night.

The night was capped off with NXT Champion Bron Breakker retaining his title against Grayson Waller. Here is the list of upcoming NXT live events as well:

We’ll have to see if Shawn Michaels appears at every show. There’s a very good chance that he will be backstage leading the event, but this was certainly a treat for those fans in Florida.
