Sami Zayn has worked in WWE for well over 8 years now and has been part of many numerous feuds during that time. Zayn’s dedication to his craft and charity has paid him back in a huge way. Zayn has also opened up another clinic.

Zayn’s heel character sees him as the most insufferable character on WWE television. However, he is far different as a person in real life.

Five years ago, Sami started up his ‘Sami For Syria’ campaign, to help open up a mobile clinic in north west Syria to provide medical care for conflict-affected populations in the country.

It turned out to be a resounding success. Sami Zayn took to Twitter and announced that a second ‘Sami For Syria’ mobile clinic has been opened.

5 years ago I started #SamiForSyria – a mobile clinic in Syria delivering medical care to civilians displaced by war. I am proud to tell you: thanks to your support, we now have TWO clinics currently operating! Please donate at http://SamiForSyria.com to keep this going strong!

Sami Zayn was unable to beat Matt Riddle on this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown. We’ll have to see what’s next in store for Zayn.
