Thunder Rosa Wants To Be In A Tag Team Like Darby Allin & Sting

Darby Allin is currently one of the top stars in AEW and has established himself as one of the Four Pillars in the company. His tag team with Sting remains one of the best things about AEW television lately. In fact, even Thunder Rosa has been inspired by them.

On the other hand, Thunder Rosa has been one of the best female talents in the women’s division for a long time. She eventually became the AEW Women’s World Champion and fans couldn’t be happier for her.

While speaking with Sportskeeda, Thunder Rosa was asked if she wanted to team with someone wearing similar face paint to herself, similar to how Darby Allin and Sting do. Rosa made it clear she would love to do that.

“Absolutely. I’ve seen how Sting has brought so much more to Darby Allin and — I love Sting’s personality because he’s such an amazing person overall and he’s crazy, and if you put crazy with crazy, it’s a bomb. But for me, I would love it if I had the opportunity to tag with someone that’s very fiery and similar to me. If we can bring some people like that, why not?”

Thunder Rosa’s facepaint certainly carries a lot of significance for her as well. Rosa is set to defend her title against Serena Deeb at AEW Double Or Nothing on May 29th. It remains to be seen if Rosa will successfully retain her title or not.
