WWE NXT Spring Breakin’ Special Getting Extra Large Overrun

WWE is holding a special episode of NXT 2.0, Spring Breakin’ tonight. Ahead of the show, it is being hinted that the event is getting an overrun on the USA Network.

According to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live, the overrun will possibly be either 1 minute or a whole 6 minutes longer. This special episode always gets a 9 minute overrun but this time fans will enjoy a few more additional minutes to that.

“I’ve been told that there’s gonna be somewhat of an overrun. There’s always a 9 minute overrun, but I’ve been told we’re getting a 10 to 15 minute overrun. So, it’s either 1 minute longer, or 6. Either way, we’re getting an over run.”

We noted earlier, that WWE to bringing back In Your House theme for this special NXT event. The company has only used this theme for pay-per-view events and this will mark as a first time for it to be used in a television special.

The line-up for this event is very interesting. The main event is of course Bron Breakker defending the NXT Championship against Joe Gacy. We will also see Cora Jade & Nikkita Lyons in action and many others.
