We’re less than a week away from WrestleMania Backlash and tonight’s RAW will add the final touches to many of the matches on that show. That being said, this is one of those nights where WWE has announced little to nothing ahead of time. As of writing, all we know is that The Bloodline will “take over” RAW, which likely means more run-ins with RK-Bro, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Drew McIntyre show-up.

Elsewhere, we presume we’ll see more of Cody Rhodes, Veer, Theory, The Miz, Judgement Day, Becky Lynch, Asuka, and so on. And that’s our sparse preview for tonight’s RAW. Our live coverage will begin from 8PM right here. Let us know if you’re excited about any of it and remember to hit the refresh link below and enjoy the show!

WWE RAW

The go-home edition of Monday Night RAW for WrestleMania Backlash opens with a look at Friday Night SmackDown where Drew McIntyre join RK-Bro to step-up to The Bloodline. At WrestleMania Backlash it will be RK-Bro and Randy Orton facing The Bloodline for all the gold!

We go live to the arena and out comes The Bloodline, Paul Heyman in tow. Once they get to the ring Heyman welcomes us to RAW and says this is a very special moment where we get to revel in the greatness of the tribal chief, the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion on a Monday. Reigns then takes the microphone and tells the crowd to acknowledge him but they’re already chanting his name.

No sooner has Roman spoken, then Randy Orton and Riddle slide in from behind and take out Jimmy and Jey with RKO’s! Orton points to the stage where Drew McIntyre’s music hits and out comes Braveheart. McIntyre points his sword at Roman, who looks taken aback. RK-Bro leave the ring and Reigns and McIntyre start throwing hands. Roman beats Drew into the corner but has the table turned on him. The Uso’s return but so do RK-Bro and a big brawl ensues.

He knows most of us can’t stand to look in the mirror, and we don’t like him anymore but that’s because we hate ourselves. He says it’s a miracle that everyone in North Carolina can pull on their shoes, waddle outside, and count high enough to even find their seats tonight.

Edge says if they could sustain a sports team, which they can’t, they’d be known as the Greensboro Lemmings. Edge begs AJ Styles to stop fighting. He says AJ is rushing headlong into pain and judgement at WrestleMania Backlash. THe fans chant “what?” and Edge calls them stupid peons who can’t hear. He tells them he loves the boos and they get louder. He says he knows the stipulation Styles got for tonight but he’s about to witness the darkness… Styles interrupts.

It’s time for another edition of Miz TV. Miz says last week he had the honour of hosting one of the biggest rising stars in WWE: Theory. However his show was hijacked by the return of a man who is his guest tonight: Mustafa Ali.

Miz says he’s happy to see Ali and mocks his name. Ali’s microphone isn’t working properly and Miz pretends he’s surprised. Miz says that’s pretty disrespectful, just like how Ali interrupted him last week. Miz says Mustafa was desperate because the WWE Universe forgot he existed. Ali is angry and the microphone still isn’t working, and Miz tells him not to go to Twitter and complain.

Ali takes Miz’s microphone and says the only thing he and everyone else has to complain about is the fact that Miz is still working for WWE. Ali says when Miz feels like his voice isn’t being heard he rushes backstage and complains to management but he doesn’t do that, he only cares what the fans have to say. Miz snatches the microphone but took the wrong one and gets angry.

Theory comes out and says he has something the people need to hear. Last week Miz had a match that he wasn’t even able to prepare for, so he talked to Vince and made sure the match was stricken from the record. Miz thanks him and Theory says it’s the least he could do when Miz is being confronted by a smuck like Ali. Theory says Ali is entitled, thinking he can show up for the first time in half a year and get a title shot.

Ali says they talk too much. He says he does want a title opportunity but he doesn’t wanted handed it, he wants to fight for it. Theory says that’s great because he’s already talked to Vince and Ali gets a Championship contenders match tonight. Theory says he doesn’t know if Ali can handle the heat. Ali says if anyone can handle the heat, it’s him. Theory says that’s great because the match is right now and it’s against him… and The Miz!

Seth Rollins has come to the ring for “Seth Rollins appreciation night”. He says the celebration for Randy Orton last week got him thinking they need to celebrate someone who actually deserves it. They need to celebrate a visionary, a trendsetter, a sex symbol, a revolutionary. A spotlight appears on Rollins and he basks as the fans sing his sea shanty music.

Rollins is loving it but the fans start chanting “Cody” and he gets annoyed. Rollins asys speak of the devil, he tried to steal his spotlight at WrestleMania. Well at Backlash he’s going to show the world that that can’t happen because Seth Rollins is the damn spotlight. He tells the fans to shut up. Rollins says the fans have forgotten just how good he is. They’re caught up in the stupid American Nightmare crap and forget that he’s the standard bearer.

Seth says it’s fine because he loves to remind everyone how good he is. He had a highlight reel put together that showcases all his greatest moments from the beginning until now. When Rollins points to the screen, Cody’s music hits! Cody come sto the ring and Seth says unless he’s out here to give him his flowers, he can shut the Hell up.

Rhodes says by all means, congratulations to Seth because he’s great. But what is going on? He says we’re all bearing witness to some unravelling at the seams of Seth’s mind. It seems their WrestleMania match is weighing on him like an albatross. Since returning to WWE he’s been nothing but courteous and professional but he feels Rollins is about to cross a line he will regret. Cody says Seth is delusional and Rollins gets hot.

Rollins says that’s rich coming from Cody. You see, Dusty Rhodes wrestled in this very building, probably thousands of times, but the problem with Dusty is that he was delusional. He wasn’t as good as he thought he was. Dusty wanted to be WWE Champion but he was never good enough, and as long as he’s in WWE, Cody will never be good enough either. Rollins attacks Cody and they brawl around the ring until Rhodes hits the Cody Cutter and Seth rolls out.
