Tony Khan is taking anti-AEW sentiment on internet very seriously now. He made headlines when he first tweeted about this issue for which he was gravely ridiculed. Despite that fan reaction and tons of memes that followed, TK is not backing down from his tinfoil conspiracy theory that anti-AEW bots are on the loose.

During an interview with TV Insider, AEW President Tony Khan spoke about his infamous anti-AEW bots tweet. He reaffirmed that the same people are responsible for running several accounts who spread ant-AEW propaganda.

“What I’ve seen was a lot of anti-AEW accounts that are really focused on the things they don’t like,” Khan said. “A lot of those are legitimate things. Some of those points I’m trying to address. Some of them I don’t agree with, but the point is a lot of these are the same people. There are a handful of accounts that are being run by a few people running a lot of accounts. Those are real people.

Tony Khan then revealed that he has hired IT experts to provide more detailed explanation on the patterns he notices on Twitter. He implied the explanation that he gave was poor due to his lack of expertise in IT field.

“A lot of their engagement, their retweets, likes, people responding, and signal boosting for what they are saying, those are bots. You got a network of a few people with a lot of identities powered by a bunch of bots. I’m not making this up. I have hired IT experts that put together a much more sophisticated explanation than I’m capable of giving.

One has to admire Tony’s dedication towards fighting anti-AEW rhetoric. Wrestling community cannot wait to see what his IT experts come up with. This is certainly going to be amusing and we eagerly anticipate this study’s findings.
