Vince McMahon is 76-years-old; and at his age, he is incredibly fit and has a relatively burly physique. To maintain his physical state, he hits the gym every day at 1:30 in the morning. Now, McMahon has sent Pat McAfee a visual proof of these things.

A month ago, Vince McMahon revealed on Pat McAfee’s show that he finishes his daily workout at 3 in the morning. Just like McAfee, many fans couldn’t believe how he is able to endure so much physical work at his age, but his body is proof of that discipline.

McMahon sent McAfee a video proof of him doing a 1000-pound squat at 3 a.m. In the clip, McMahon promised that Austin Theory would kick Pat’s ass at WrestleMania.

Pat then took to Twitter to share the clip that McMahon sent him with the world. He expressed his shock that a 76-year-old man was able to pull such a squat. Check out the video below.

A short while ago, Stephanie McMahon revealed that she doesn’t see her father retiring anytime in the near future. Time has been proof that Vince McMahon’s vitality is incredible; he is still CEO of WWE and actively participates in several other ventures.

Pat McAfee is set to fight Austin Theory at night two of WrestleMania 38 on Sunday (April 3). You can check out the full card right here.
