Tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite featured the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament qualifier between The Bunny and a surprise opponent. That surprise turned out to be Toni Storm.

AEW President and CEO Tony Khan said that the company would welcome a new star, who’ll make her debut against The Bunny in the Owen Hart Women’s Tournament qualifier.

Toni Storm was released from WWE after she walked out of the company. We will have to see how she does in AEW.

AEW worked on the Owen Hart deal for well over a year. AEW’s partnership with the Owen Hart Foundation is likely to benefit the company in the long run as well. We’ll have to wait to see how the rest of the tournament proceeds.
