Thunder Rosa is considered one of the best in-ring female pro wrestlers in the whole world right now and for good reason. Rosa took her time to establish herself as one of the top stars in AEW as well. Thunder Rosa has huge plans for her AEW Women’s Title.

Earlier this month, Thunder Rosa challenged Britt Baker for the AEW Women’s Title in a steel cage match. After a bloody war, it was Thunder Rosa who stood tall and became the new champion.

While speaking on the Throwing Down with Miesha Tate & Renee Paquette podcast, Thunder Rosa revealed that she wants to defend the AEW Women’s Title in Japan and Mexico.

“I really hope there is an opportunity for me to be a fighting champion. I would love to travel with the championship. I know we have connections with Japan. I worked in Tokyo Joshi Pro before. I would love if there was an opportunity for me to bring the championship and defend it in Japan. If there’s an opportunity to defend it in Mexico. Do some of the stuff that we haven’t done yet.”
