Wardlow has a bright future in AEW and his recent babyface turn is working. He is currently in a rivalry with MJF, but there is also a big outward sign that he departed from Tony Khan’s company. That is not really the case.

AEW’s roster page suddenly nixed Wardlow on Thursday afternoon. It didn’t take long at all for the Internet Wrestling Community to notice.

Ringside News was told by a source within AEW that Wardlow is still with the company. He still has a considerable amount of time left on his contract and there is absolutely no heat on him at all.

We were told that Wardlow was yanked of the AEW roster page to play into his ongoing storyline with MJF. The angle says that Wardlow was signed with MJF and now AEW. Now that he is no longer with MJF, then he is essentially not signed anywhere. That does not mean that Wardlow is a free agent by any means.

We’ll have to see where this storyline leads from here, but it is not a legitimate parting of ways for the Ward-dog. Yes, it is still very much Wardlow’s World.
