Moxley and Danielson fought a hard-hitting contest that resulted in both men getting lacerated. The match was physical as the brawler from Cincinnati took on the technical wizard from Aberdeen.

The match ended when Moxley scored the pin over Danielson, but the two couldn’t take their hands off of each other. They viciously brawled until William Regal appeared to separate them.

Regal tried to calm the two but to no avail. He finally had enough and slapped the taste out of both men’s mouth. He then asked the two to shake hands and get back to Gorilla, which they did.

NXT 2.0 star Pete Dunne reacted to Regal’s historic AEW debut. The Bruiserweight said that he too had been thrashed by Regal in the past. “We’ve all been there,” Dunne captioned a gif of him being confronted by Regal.
