WWE Hall Of Famer ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin is regarded as one of the best pro wrestlers to have ever competed inside the squared circle. His contributions to the world of professional wrestling can never be understated. It seems Brock Lesnar commented on a controversial decision made by Steve Austin as well recently.

Stone Cold’ Steve Austin previously revealed that he regrets walking out on WWE before the June 10, 2002 episode of Monday Night RAW, as he rejected to lose against Brock Lesnar in a King of the Ring qualifying match.

While speaking on the Pat McAfee Show, Brock Lesnar talked about Steve Austin walking out of the company. Lesnar stated that he believes Austin made the right decision at the night.

“I understand from a business aspect at the time, Steve left and didn’t want to work with me. It was probably the right decision for him at the time. I don’t hold a grudge against it at all. Business is business. I had a lot of good mentors coming up in the business.”

Bubba Ray Dudley ended up losing to Brock Lesnar on that night. Lesnar went on to win the King Of The Ring tournament that year and defeated The Rock for the WWE Championship at SummerSlam. Ultimately, Steve Austin has learned from his mistake and that is what matters in the end.
