Elias’ Scrapped Randy Savage Outfit Will Be Included In WWE 2k22

WWE Superstar Elias was one of the mainstays of NXT until he was called up to the main roster. Unfortunately, his run on the main roster was far from ideal. “The Drifter” Elias Samson was no more and what fans got instead left a lot to be desired.

A report came out last year where it was stated that Elias’ new gimmick was shot down because he looked too much like “Macho Man” Randy Savage. As we exclusively reported, Elias was spotted backstage in WWE with no beard and cropped hair.

A photo of Elias that is being used in the upcoming 2K22 video game has all but confirmed the scrapped plan for Elias as well.

Apparently, this was supposed to be the gear Elias was going to wear when he returned to #WWERaw

Elias has been absent from WWE television for quite some time now. It remains to be seen when he will return and whether Elias will have a new gimmick when he does come back.
