AEW got the ball rolling at Double Or Nothing 2019 and since then the company has done all it could to provide a product that true lovers of pro wrestling would enjoy. There has been a lot of growth seen over the past two years and more is yet to come. It seems Tony Khan addressed bringing in talents outside of AEW.

The company has managed to make headlines since AEW All Out last year thanks to its numerous high profile signings, including the likes of Adam Cole, Bryan Danielson and most recently – Keith Lee.

The company has also seen wrestlers cross the Forbidden Door, with the most recent wrestler being NJPW star Jay White. While speaking with Beckles & Recher, AEW President Tony Khan addressed AEW continuously bringing in talent from other companies. Khan believes it is a great thing for the company, adding to the unpredictability factor.

“On Dynamite on TBS, on Wednesdays, and on Rampage on TNT, you continuously see wrestlers from outside AEW come in whether it’s in action or getting involved in the matches. And it’s a lot of big names, you know, you mentioned Jay White. He showed up on Wednesday night Dynamite on that huge show and you never know when he’s going to show up.”

AEW will continue to hire more talents and use whatever means they can to help bolster their ratings and give fans what they want and that is unlikely to stop anytime soon.
