Trish Stratus has had a lot of time back in the pandemic year, and she’s been very vocal about it. While she was rumored to have an appearance at the WWE Royal Rumble PPV, she ended up trolling Charlotte Flair while laying back in her chair.

Stratus has always impressed her fans with her fitness and physical prowess. This time, Stratus took to Instagram in order to show off her ripped back. She wrote a lengthy caption, and marked the journey that led to this transformation.

The WWE Hall of Famer started off by making the pun “I’m back. Haha issa joke.” However, she got serious and noted that the year 2020 was a stagnant one, and it was marked with a lot of couching down and binging Netflix.

But really I am. Looking ‘back’ on the last year when pandemic life of 2020 had me off my usual grind and on the luxurious leisurely lounging lifestyle of Netflix’ing and with no work on the horizon there was no motivation or reason to hit it as hard as I usually do. After grinding for 20+ years straight the break was a welcome one – for my mind and my family – not so much for my booty and abs that disappeared one by one…😟

Stratus added that she got it all “back” again in February 2021. She then noted the tremendous amount of effort and routines she followed in order to get back into a compelling shape. She motivated her fans by saying “Decide where you want to be and don’t stop until you get there.”

Feb 2021 I shook it off and said time to get it …. yah, you guessed it – back.

One year of continuous routine, late night workouts (cause daytime homeschooling), mental positivity, dedication and approaching with intent. I locked in on a goal and got to a place where I am quite possibly the best I’ve ever been.

Decide where you want to be and don’t stop until you get there. Be relentless in your pursuit of your best self. Consistency and time (must become a lifestyle!) are essential and remember to not compare your chapter 1 with someone else’s chapter 12! Make a plan and make it your mission, give it time and trust the process. Whether you are trying to get it ‘back’ or this is a new journey – you can do it.

The superstar sent out a message of positivity and hard work to her fans. She implored everyone to keep working hard, relentlessly pursue your goes and maintain consistency to get there.
