Former NXT superstar, Velveteen Dream from released from his contract back in 2021, in the wake of allegations made against him. The wrestler recently appeared on “Dishing Drama with Dana Wilkey” to share his side of the story.

When it comes to the allegations themselves, he completely denies them, calling them “100% bulls**t.” In particular, the wrestler blames Josh Fuller for ending his career.

Josh Fuller was the one that when he decided to show up on social media with his bullsh*t allegations, he started the hashtag Fire Velveteen Dream. That’s what it cost me.

Velveteen Dream then went on to add that WWE conducted an investigation into the allegations that he was soliciting sex for minors, and the company’s COO Paul Levesque, alias Triple H found nothing to incriminate the wrestler.

WWE found nothing. They even tried to put me back in a program with one of their top stars and then after the Fire Velveteen Dream hashtag blew up, they were doing the digital audience and someone showed up, in their place instead of a person it hashtag Fire Velveteen Dream.

Velveteen Dream is of the opinion that the #FireDream hashtag was what eventually cost him his career. WWE gave him time to distance himself from the scandal, and come back on a smaller scale.

Unfortunately, the hashtag just continued to trend. The wrestler believes that ultimately the hashtag was hurting WWE’s bottom line, which is why he was released from his contract.
