JTG used to team up with Shad Gaspard during their time as Cryme Tyme in WWE during the late 2000s. The two would eventually split up and go their separate ways in the company. It seems JTG made an accusation about WWE recently.

Cryme Tyme was a fairly popular team during their time in WWE. Despite competing in several title matches from 2006 to 2010, the team would never hold tag team gold even once.

While speaking on SO CATCH By Hal, JTG talked about Cryme Tyme’s run in WWE and accused WWE of shafting them during their time in the company.

“While I was in the WWE, I definitely felt like we, Shad and I, were shafted. Post-WWE career, looking back, I believe having the fans, being the fan favorites is way more important than being tag team champions, you know what I mean?” Because they choose, the company chooses who they put the tag team titles on, but they can’t choose who they want the fans to love. We’ll always be fan favorites, we earned that. WWE didn’t give that to us.”

Shad Gaspard would be released back in 2010 while JTG was released in 2014. Since then, JTG has been competing in the independent circuit while Shad Gaspard tragically lost his life in May of 2020, when he sacrificed himself to save his son.
