Cody Rhodes Accused Of Publicity Stunt With AEW Contract Controversy

For the past few months, Cody Rhodes has been on the receiving end of a lot of hate from fans. Fans showered boos on him during every appearance and called fir ohm to turn heel.

As reported earlier, it was said that Cody Rhodes is apparently working as free agent as his contract with AEW had retired last year. According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was said that a top-ranking AEW official informed Meltzer that Cody Rhodes’ contract situation could be a mere “publicity stunt.”
