Fans Expect Cody Rhodes As Royal Rumble Surprise After AEW Contract News

Cody Rhodes has been working at AEW without contract, according to a recent report. Rhodes has been with the company since day one and was integral in its founding. “Cody fatigue” has recently had fans on edge every time the TNT Champion would show up on AEW television.

With news that Cody doesn’t have a written deal with AEW, fans immediately began to speculate. Twitter was lit up with people wondering if Cody Rhodes might show up at the WWE Royal Rumble. There were even a few conspiracy theories thrown into the mix.
