Bret Hart is considered one of the greatest wrestlers in the history of the world. The decorated Canadian champion has left a legacy that still resounds with fans today. The Hitman isn’t afraid to mix it up outside of the wrestling business when opportunity comes knocking.

Hart announced that he is getting into the NFT business. NFTs (non-fungible tokens) are digital artifacts that can have their ownership tracked using blockchain technology similar to Bitcoin. The new project is called “Bret Hart’s Cartoon World.” The Hitman shared the news on Twitter.

“I’m excited to announce my upcoming NFT Project, Bret Hart’s Cartoon World!

I’ve been working on this since the Spring and can’t wait to share the details with all of you.

Our First Live AMA will be Monday @ 8PM EST on Discord.”

Bret said his “Genesis” NFT drop was coming soon. Hart encouraged fans to follow the project’s Discord to keep up to date. A video attached to the tweet revealed the logo for Cartoon World.

Bret Hart joins several other wrestlers and celebrities who have jumped on the NFT bandwagon. Even WWE has their own marketplace for the digital collectibles. Bret Hart is looking to get his piece of this high-tech pie.
