WWE has assigned a new name to one of their recent talent acquisitions. The independent wrestler known as MIG and Lil Atari will now have the moniker Quincy Elliott. The name is one of many that the company has recently filed trademarks for.

The little-known wrestler announced the news on Instagram. Quincy Elliott will be another unknown wrestler that WWE hopes to do something special with on the NXT brand. Quincy is excited to get started.

The former California independent wrestler has an interesting backstory. Quincy has worked for several promotions in the Golden State. MIG was named #182 in the Outsports list of best LGBTQ professional wrestlers in 2021.

Quincy Elliott joins a growing list of young wrestlers that WWE hopes to develop into stars. They have been signing tons of athletes that most wrestling fans have never heard of. Elliott will have a chance to make his mark in NXT soon.

Elliott was known on the independent scene for wearing superhero like spikes on his arms. Quincy loves to have fun in the ring. The new NXT superstar is hoping to bring a unique combination of power, attitude, and size to the colorful brand.
