As many fans are aware, Sami Zayn wants to help anyone he can, which is why he set up his SamiForSyria clinic, which helps internationally displaced people. Zayn took to Twitter and revealed that his clinic has helped almost 7000 people over the past year.

The #SamiForSyria mobile clinic provided 7,143 medical services for 6,743 internally displaced persons, between October 1, 2020 and November 30, 2021. Thank you all for helping make this happen.
