Why Chris Jericho Was Attacked During AEW Dynamite This Week

Chris Jericho’s contributions as a pro wrestler need no introduction. He has competed in various promotions all around the globe for three decades. Jericho is also proud to be working in AEW and isn’t afraid to show it. Being veteran in the business, he doesn’t really have much care about what his haters have to say.

For the past couple of weeks, Chris Jericho has been involved in a feud with 2Point0 and Daniel Garcia. It all stemmed from the faction having a problem with Eddie Kingston.

As seen on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Chris Jericho was interviewed during a backstage segment when he was suddenly brutally attacked by the faction.

According to Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Radio, Chris Jericho will not be present on this week’s episode of AEW Rampage as he is currently on tour with Fozzy in the United Kingdom.

“We had a Jericho segment where he was attacked by 2Point0 and Daniel Garcia and it was announced that he will not be at Rampage and he’s actually in the UK doing a Fozzy tour.”

We will have to wait and see how the feud between Chris Jericho and 2Point0 will develop in the coming weeks as Jericho will try to put over the faction.
