Jim Ross is a veteran in the pro wrestling world, as he made a name for himself as a commentator in WWE. He has delivered some of the most iconic moments in the history of pro wrestling. It seems he regrets his attitude for a controversial Vince McMahon segment as well.

Ross worked in WWE for several years, which is why he knows the inner workings of the company. He has extensively worked with Vince McMahon and it has not always worked out in his favor as he has been the subject of ridicule numerous times.

While speaking on Grilling JR” on AdFreeShows.com, Jim Ross stated that he wishes he had a better attitude prior to his “Kiss My A**” segment with Vince McMahon. He eventually understood the significance of the segment as well.

“To be honest with you, I should have had a better attitude going into this thing. Now in my later years, I certainly would, but you know, you’re younger. That was 20 years ago. I was 49 years old, so I was a little bit more defiant, a little bit more contentious, but I shouldn’t have been. That just sold it to Vince’s pleasure. I should have done it without any boo boo face, but I didn’t, and that’s my fault. I’ll take full responsibility for that.”

Jim Ross is expected to miss around a month of work in AEW as he is currently battling skin cancer by undergoing radiation. We hope Ross manages to defeat the disease and make a triumphant return to the AEW commentary team.
