WWE is making a lot of very interesting moves. They recently closed up their offices in Japan, and now they have shut the doors on another office outside of the United States.

According to Periodico Correo, WWE has closed its office in Mexico City. Employees were told about this closing, but a reason was not given.

The office opened their doors in the 200s and there were, at least, ten people working there. Events will reportedly continue in Mexico and plans are being made for WWE to return to the market.

The company hasn’t held an event in Mexico since November 2019. The pandemic ruined their plans to return in 2020 or 2021, but they are planning on something. Sadly, their office in the country is now closed.

WWE is still carrying on with their plans of opening a brand new headquarters in the United States. Those plans were also delayed due to the pandemic, but they are still making headway into moving into that new building.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
