The Rock Will Only Return to WWE If It Makes Sense

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson needs no introduction when it comes to the pro wrestling world as he is still regarded as one of the all-time greats. He is also a dominant force in Hollywood and brings huge star power to any film he acts in. The Rock is also businessman and a very conniving one at that. He also loves keeping himself in the best physical shape possible.

There have been rumors since last year that The Rock and Roman Reigns will be duking it out at WrestleMania. Since then, fans have also wanted the match. However, The Rock would shoot down the rumors recently.

While speaking to Brandon Davis of Comicbook.com, The Rock talked about making a return to the squared circle. The Rock revealed that he will only make an in-ring return if it makes sense.

“I don’t know if I have another title run, considering I’m the People’s Champion. But I don’t know if it’s another title run. I think possibly, you know, there might be another match down the road. It would have to make sense.”

While The Rock might have shot down rumors of him facing Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, nothing is certain in the world of pro wrestling. It remains to be seen when The Rock will make his return to the squared circle.
