AEW took the world by storm back in 2019 as it was the first pro wrestling company in a very long time that made waves in the pro wrestling world as a form of competition for WWE. It was certainly a risky endeavor as well because there was always the chance it was going to end up being a huge failure. It seems Tony Khan has a lot of plans for numerous storylines.

AEW has all the momentum in the world right now thanks to the debuts of CM Punk, Bryan Danielson and Adam Cole to their roster. This has ensured that the roster is one of the most stacked in all of pro wrestling.

One of the key aspects in AEW is certainly their long-term storytelling, which is especially on display during Kenny Omega and Adam Page’s feud. The feud is two years in the making and fans can’t get enough of it.

While speaking to Wade Keller of PW Torch, AEW President Tony Khan talked about AEW’s future storylines. Khan stated that he has a lot of plans for long-term storylines in the company.

”Things have changed. A lot of the plans I had when Jon Moxley beat Chris Jericho, we did do a lot of the things I wanted to do but a lot of the things were not possible because the pandemic hit.

I do have plans, you never know how they are going to change. I do have a lot of plans. Kenny is on one of the great runs and I’m not so sure we’re ready to see it end but on the other hand, Hangman is ready and there are a lot of fans behind him. Whatever the result it, it’s not the end for either man.”

Adam Page is set to challenge Kenny Omega for the AEW World Championship at AEW Full Gear on November 13th. We will have to wait and see if Adam Page will finally dethrone Omega for the title or not.
